Custom 3D Printing - Our Services
From a single prototype to a series of hundreds of parts. For every order we recommend the right material and technology to get a perfect fit.
Custom 3D Printing
Have a 3D model and need a physical part? Send us your file in STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF format and we'll print it. From small precise parts on a resin printer (accuracy ±0.05 mm) to oversized pieces up to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm on the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga. We'll recommend the right material based on what the part needs to withstand - mechanical load, UV radiation, chemicals, or simply a good surface finish.
Suitable materials:
Prototyping
Need to physically validate a design before investing in expensive molds or CNC machining? We'll print a functional prototype in 1-2 days. We choose the material based on the purpose of the test - PLA for shape verification, PETG or ABS for mechanical testing, resin for visual models with a smooth surface. Each iteration costs in the hundreds, not thousands.
Suitable materials:
Small-Series Production
Need 10-500 pieces but an injection mold costs hundreds of thousands? We print consistent series without tooling investment. Bambu Lab H2C with automatic tool changer handles multicolor parts without wasting material during nozzle purging. Price per unit decreases with order volume. For series over 500 pieces we'll recommend considering injection molding - we'll tell you where the threshold is.
Suitable materials:
Functional and Technical Parts
Need a part that must work under real mechanical, thermal, or chemical stress? We print from engineering materials - nylon for bearings and gears, polycarbonate for transparent covers with impact resistance, carbon composites for lightweight and rigid structures. On the Prusa Pro HT90 we print PEEK and Ultem at 500 °C for parts with resistance up to 250 °C. We'll let you know when CNC machining or casting would be more appropriate for your application.
Suitable materials:
Architectural Models
Preparing a project presentation, competition, or planning application and need a physical model of a building or entire site? We print scale models in any scale - white PLA for a clean urban model, multicolor printing for colored facades, resin for fine details of windows and railings. We combine models with laser-cut bases. For large urban areas we join prints from multiple printers.
Suitable materials:
Replacement Parts
Is the original part unavailable, has the manufacturer stopped producing it, or does it have a 6-week lead time? We reverse-engineer the part from the original or technical drawing and print a replacement within days. We choose the material to match the original - TPU for seals and damping elements, nylon for mechanically stressed components, PETG for chemically resistant parts. For more complex parts we 3D scan the original.
Suitable materials:
3D Modeling
Don't have a 3D model? Bring a broken part, a sketch, a photo, or just describe your idea – we'll design a professional 3D model ready for 3D printing. We reverse-engineer damaged or missing parts, create models from scratch based on your brief, and optimize them for the printing technology: correct wall thickness, overhang management, and proper part segmentation. We deliver in STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF format. Price: 600 CZK/hour.
Suitable materials:
3D Scanning
Need to convert a physical object into digital form? With a 3D scanner we capture the geometry of the original – from small components to larger assemblies. The output is a polygon mesh in STL or OBJ format, or a parametric STEP model for further editing in CAD. Use scanning for reverse engineering, dimensional inspection, or preparing data for manufacturing a replacement. Price: 600 CZK/hour.
